New Business Development
The New Business Development role is focused on building relationships and creating new opportunities for M3 Office. This position identifies and develops prospective clients, builds a healthy sales pipeline and works with M3's design, project and operations teams to turn opportunities into successful client relationships. The role is responsible for meeting sales and gross-profit goals while representing M3 with professionalism, curiosity and a genuine interest in helping clients create better workplaces.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about people and businesses and genuinely enjoys making connections. You're comfortable starting conversations, asking good questions and building relationships over time. You're motivated by results without treating every interaction like a transaction, and you understand that the best salespeople don't have to know everything themselves. They know when to bring the right people into the conversation.
