This month’s Employee Spotlight shines on David Lopez, M3’s Service Specialist—and the person the team simply calls “Mr. Everything.” David has spent 25 years in the furniture industry, first as an installer and for the past eight as a cornerstone of the M3 team. In that time, he’s built a reputation that’s hard to match: a craftsman with an exceptional eye for quality, a problem-solver who approaches every challenge with precision, and a consummate professional who takes genuine pride in everything he does.
When something needs to be fixed, installed, or made right—David is the one M3 turns to. His ability to troubleshoot and repair just about anything, on the spot and in the field, has made him an indispensable part of how M3 delivers for its clients. He brings creativity and resourcefulness to every job, and his standard for quality never wavers.
Sales Manager Manny Gomez puts it plainly: if David can’t figure it out, it probably can’t be done. Manny points to David’s creative approach to problem-solving, his reliability, and his ease with clients as defining qualities. “When asked to solve a furniture problem in the field, I know it will be handled,” Manny says—a reflection of the quiet confidence David inspires across the entire team.
Partner Kevin McCarthy echoes the sentiment, noting that David has always carried himself with complete professionalism while keeping M3’s service standards firmly front and center. Kevin says M3 is lucky to have David representing the company—and looks forward to everything ahead.
Away from the job site, David is fully devoted to his family—wife Laura and their two young children, ages six and four. Whether they’re hitting the hiking trails, making memories at theme parks, or just spending time together, family comes first. When he does get a moment to himself, you’ll find him deep in his passion for cars—BMWs in particular—where his appreciation for engineering and craftsmanship finds a natural home. M3 is very lucky to have David Lopez on the team.
