From Marine to Sales Manager, Manny Gomez brings drive, discipline, and a winning mindset to M3 Office.
This month, we’re proud to spotlight Manny Gomez, our Sales Manager and a respected veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Manny joined M3 Office in 2019 as a member of the sales team, and it didn’t take long for his leadership potential to stand out. With a strong background in customer relationship building and business development, he quickly rose to the role of Sales Manager—and has been leading our sales team with clarity and purpose ever since.
Manny is known for his “must win” mentality and his ability to inspire the team around him. He’s hands-on, engaged, and always looking for ways to strengthen the team’s performance. He holds high expectations, not just for the numbers, but for how we show up for clients, how we communicate, and how we support one another. He leads by example, bringing both accountability and encouragement to the table.
With an associate's degree in design and visual communications, and fluency in both English and Spanish, Manny is a strong communicator and a strategic thinker. He understands the value of high-quality, customized solutions and works closely with the team to meet evolving client needs. His ability to anticipate trends, coach effectively, and keep everyone focused has played a key role in M3’s continued growth.
