This month’s Employee Spotlight shines on Vianca Perez, a team member whose impact is felt across departments. Vianca joined M3 in 2019 as part of the Customer Service team and quickly became known for her curiosity, energy, and commitment to getting things done. Today, she brings that same spirit to her role as Project Coordinator.
Affectionately known as M3’s Swiss army knife, Vianca supports wherever she’s needed—with confidence, creativity, and heart. She takes on new challenges with ease and has built a reputation as someone who lifts the entire team with her presence and positivity.
Project Manager, Eric Rico calls her the definition of a team player. She takes pride in her work, keeps the big picture in focus, and always brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to the table. Whether she’s solving problems, stepping into new roles, or supporting others behind the scenes, Vianca’s versatility and reliability make her a vital part of the M3 team.
