This month’s Employee Spotlight is all about Jenny Blumenthal, who joined M3 Office in July 2023 as part of the Customer Service team. As the first person to greet you when you walk through our doors, Jenny brings warmth, quick wit, and a contagious laugh that instantly puts people at ease.
In her day-to-day role, Jenny juggles a lot—and makes it look easy. She processes orders, answers the phones, manages incoming deliveries, and keeps the front of house running smoothly. It’s a demanding position, but Jenny approaches it with consistency, focus, and a great sense of humor.
What makes Jenny stand out even more is the energy she brings to the M3 culture. A longtime cat mom and reality TV expert, she’s always ready to catch up on the latest pop culture moments or share a hilarious reel—especially if there’s a cat or dog involved. Her vibrant personality and edgy, fashion-forward style reflect her creative roots, including a background in fashion, entertainment, and PR before pivoting into office interiors.
Jenny’s ability to connect with people, multitask under pressure, and bring joy to her team makes her a valued presence across the company. Whether she’s coordinating a delivery or showing up in head-to-toe glam for a team event, she’s always 100% herself—and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
